Understanding the Club Dashboard

The Club Dashboard is your home base as a club administrator. It gives you a complete snapshot of your club's activity, membership, and scoring records the moment you log in — no clicking around required. Use it to monitor club health, spot trends, and jump quickly to any administrative area you need.

What You'll See on the Dashboard

Header and Navigation

At the top of the page, you'll see your club's name and logo. The navigation bar gives you direct access to all major sections:

Records — manage scoring records and club records
Members — view and update member information
Coaching — handle coaching activities
Calendar — schedule and view events
Users — manage system users and permissions
Data — access data management, imports, exports, feeds, API, and mailing lists

Your user account menu (top right) provides access to Settings, Account, and Log Out.

Use the Jump To panel to navigate quickly to the five key management areas:

Records Management
Members Management
Coaching Management
Users Management
Equipment Management

Key Statistics

This summary table shows your club's vital statistics at a glance:

Total number of score records held
Number of club records set
Active and total member counts
Number of active users
Scores submitted in the last 30 days

Scores Shot – Last 180 Days

This bar chart shows the volume of submitted scores over the past six months, broken down by date. Use it to identify activity trends and spot busy or quiet periods in club participation.

Users Last 60 Days

This bar chart shows the number of unique users who accessed the system each day over the past two months. Each user is counted only once per day, giving you an accurate picture of daily engagement levels.

Expiring Subscriptions – Next 90 Days

This chart shows how many member subscriptions will expire in the coming three months. Review it regularly to plan renewal campaigns and follow up with members before their subscriptions lapse.

Most Active Members

This doughnut chart shows which members have submitted the most scores. Each segment represents one member, with the legend showing names and score counts. Use this to recognise top contributors and identify engagement levels.

Most Active Age Groups

This doughnut chart breaks down scoring activity by age and gender category (such as Men/Gentlemen, Women/Ladies, Under-16s, Under-12s). It helps you see which demographic groups are most engaged in club activities.

Top Rounds Shot Last 365 Days

This doughnut chart displays which archery rounds your members have shot most frequently over the past year. Use it to understand which disciplines and formats are most popular in your club.

Working with Dashboard Data

The dashboard updates automatically each time you load the page, so you're always viewing current data. Each chart includes a save button that lets you download it as an image for reports or presentations.

All statistics and charts reflect live club data. If you're setting up or testing the system, the figures displayed are for demonstration purposes only.
