Managing Your Account Settings

The Account page lets you manage your subscription, update your login credentials, control your data, and access your API key. Use this page to keep your account secure and up to date.

You can access your Account page at: https://archery-records.net/clubs/account

Update Your Profile

Your profile displays your current account information and allows you to make changes.

Review and update your user ID, email address, and other profile details from this section.

Manage Your Subscription

View your current subscription status, including expiry date and time until next billing.

To make changes to your subscription plan or billing details:

Click Manage Subscription
Follow the prompts to update your subscription settings

To view payment history or print receipts, click Payments.

Delete All Data

If you need to remove all data from your account while keeping the Admin user:

	Click Delete Data. This will permanently remove all data and all users except the Admin user. Warning: This action cannot be undone.

Change Your Password and Security Settings

Change Password

Click Change Password to update your current password.

Two Factor Authentication

Set up two-factor authentication to add an extra layer of security. Once enabled, you'll need to enter a code generated on your phone each time you log in.

Access Your API Key

If you need to integrate Golden Records data with external applications, use your API key for authentication.

Your API key is displayed in this section. Use it to authenticate with the Golden Records Online API.

Close Your Account

To permanently close your account and remove all associated data:

Click Close Account. This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.
