Is a trial available?

The system can be tried for 90 days free of charge. No credit card is required. At the end of the 90 days, you will need to purchase a subscription to continue using the service.

What happens when the trial ends?

At the end of the 90‑day trial period, you can choose to purchase a subscription to continue using the service. If you do not subscribe, access to the service will end, and your data will be deleted after 90 days in line with our data retention policy.

Is data backed up regularly?

Data in the database is backed up regularly. Please see our backup policy for more information.

Is our data secure?

Your data is stored in an encrypted database behind a firewall with limited access, vulnerability scanning, and authenticated access. Data is encrypted in transit. The database is backed up regularly. Please see our backup policy for more information.

Is user access secure?

Passwords are never stored as clear text and are always hashed and salted.

Users can set up additional verification (two‑factor authentication) for their account.

Where is data hosted?

Your data is stored in a secure UK data centre.

Who has access to data?

You control access to the data. Members must be authorised by the club, and that authorisation can be revoked at any time. Each member can see only the records that belong to them; they cannot see any other records.

Which countries are supported?

The service is preloaded with rounds, bow styles, and age groups for the UK (Archery GB), Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the USA. It can also be used as a general club management system in any country (English language only).

Can I pay offline?

Yes. Offline payment options are available, including invoice payment.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

You can cancel at any time, without notice, from your Golden Records Online account page (archery-records.net/account) or by contacting Toxik Software Ltd in writing by email.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. The ArcheryLink app is available on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Note that the apps are subject to a separate payment and are not developed by Toxik Software.
