Member Photos
In a large, busy club it can be hard for officials to put faces to names. Golden Records now supports member photos, which appear on each member's profile so you can quickly identify who's who at the range, on the shooting line, or in the club house.
Photos can be uploaded by club officials with the appropriate permissions, and members can also upload or update their own photo from their profile. Common image formats are supported, including photos taken directly on a phone.
It's a small change that helps new members feel recognised, and makes it easier for coaches, records officers and membership secretaries to match names to faces.

New Member Notifications
The member notification system has been expanded. You now have greater control over which events automatically trigger notifications and can select exactly what members are notified about.
Previously, emailing a member when processing their subscription required enabling a switch. This setting is now managed globally in Member Settings.
New pages are also available to advise clubs of new classifications and handicaps achieved within the previous 28 days. You can enable email notifications for these updates in Records Settings.
When notifying a member of a new achievement, such as setting a new club record, you can optionally attach a certificate to the email.
If enabled, the member will be emailed automatically when a new club record or a new achievement is approved.

Membership Management Update
We've rolled out a set of improvements to the Member Manager, making it easier to keep your members informed and up to date with their subscriptions and payments. These changes are designed to save your club's treasurer and membership secretary time, while giving your members a clearer, more professional communication experience.
Here's what's new:
- Automatic payment receipts – Receipts can now be sent automatically whenever a payment is received, giving members instant confirmation and a record for their own accounts, without any extra work for your club administrators.
- Subscription update emails – Members can now be emailed automatically whenever their subscription is updated, so they always know where they stand with their membership status and renewal dates.
- Payment instructions on statements – Statements can now include your club's payment instructions directly, making it simpler for members to see exactly how and where to pay, reducing queries back to your committee.
- Customisable covering messages – A full range of customisable covering messages is now available for new subscriptions, updated subscriptions, renewals and payment receipts.
The messages can be configured from within the Member Manager settings.
