Enhanced Performance Stats

Club members and personal users can now benefit from improved usability and data when looking at their performance for a round.  Look for PerClub members and personal users can now enjoy a clearer view of their performance for each round, thanks to an improved Performance page. You can find it under the My Records drop-down menu.

The updated page offers easier navigation, flexible date filtering, and clearer charts showing score trends, along with your current handicap and classification against what you are shooting at.

Club Member Pages

Club Admins can now have more control over what their members see in the Club Members Area.

We know that not every club uses every feature in Golden Records Online, and having unused features on the menu can be confusing for members. To help with this, you can now choose which pages are visible to your club members. If a particular feature isn’t relevant to your club, hide the page so members only see what they actually need.

This is a great way to keep things tidy and make it easier for your archers to find their scores, records, and the tools they use most often.

You’ll find this new setting in your Club Admin area at:

Change to API Key Management

API keys for all users except Personal accounts are now managed by Club Admins and are no longer issued by default to club officials. Existing keys will remain valid.  If a club official wishes to use the API and they do not have a key, the Club Admin will need to issue one.

Club Admins can now revoke and regenerate API keys if they are exposed in a data breach or to prevent misuse.

Club Admins can manage API keys from the DATA menu.
