Member Subscriptions Update
Club member subscriptions have been updated to give clubs more flexibility, with renewal periods now available monthly or in multiples of months. This change makes it easier to align subscriptions with club billing cycles, membership terms, or seasonal renewals.
There are several enhancements to the renewal process, including the ability to renew multiple subscriptions at once.

Subscription Increases
We want to share an important update regarding Golden Records Online subscription pricing.
As part of the continued growth and development of the platform, the business is registering for VAT. Effective immediately, the price for new subscriptions will increase accordingly. The new rates can be seen at https://archery-records.net/pricing
This adjustment brings our pricing in line with historic inflation since our launch in 2016. More importantly, it reflects the significantly enhanced features, performance, and overall value that Golden Records Online delivers today compared to when we first created it.
What this means for existing subscribers:
- Immediate Protection: Your current rate will not change today.
- Delayed Implementation: Existing subscriptions will remain at their current price through 2026 and will only update upon renewal from January 1, 2027.
While we know price increases are never welcome, this change allows us to absorb rising operational expenses—partly by reclaiming VAT on major infrastructure and server upgrades—ensuring we can continue to run and improve the service sustainably without passing those larger cost pressures directly on to you.
Thank you for your ongoing support and for being a part of Golden Records Online over the years. If you have any questions about your account or upcoming renewals, please feel free to reach out.

Affiliations and Subscriptions
Affiliations can now be linked directly to subscriptions, making it easier to manage subscription records automatically. When the setting to create subscriptions from affiliations is enabled, adding a new affiliation or updating an existing one will automatically create or update the associated subscription using the affiliation’s rate.
Rates can now be assigned to affiliations to support this feature. This allows the correct subscription amount to be applied whenever an affiliation is created or updated.

Submitting Multiple Scores Now Unlimited
There is now no limit to the number of scores that can be added using the multiple score submission facility. Previously, this was limited to 10 at a time, but this limit no longer applies.

Enhanced Performance Stats
Club members and personal users can now benefit from improved usability and data when looking at their performance for a round. Look for PerClub members and personal users can now enjoy a clearer view of their performance for each round, thanks to an improved Performance page. You can find it under the My Records drop-down menu.
The updated page offers easier navigation, flexible date filtering, and clearer charts showing score trends, along with your current handicap and classification against what you are shooting at.

Club Member Pages
Club Admins can now have more control over what their members see in the Club Members Area.
We know that not every club uses every feature in Golden Records Online, and having unused features on the menu can be confusing for members. To help with this, you can now choose which pages are visible to your club members. If a particular feature isn’t relevant to your club, hide the page so members only see what they actually need.
This is a great way to keep things tidy and make it easier for your archers to find their scores, records, and the tools they use most often.
You’ll find this new setting in your Club Admin area at:

Change to API Key Management
API keys for all users except Personal accounts are now managed by Club Admins and are no longer issued by default to club officials. Existing keys will remain valid. If a club official wishes to use the API and they do not have a key, the Club Admin will need to issue one.
Club Admins can now revoke and regenerate API keys if they are exposed in a data breach or to prevent misuse.
Club Admins can manage API keys from the DATA menu.

New Rounds
We’ve added support for three additional World Archery metric rounds in Golden Records: WA 40m (Recurve), WA 40m (Compound) and WA 30m (Barebow).
These rounds are now available for selection when entering scores and viewing results. The classification and handicap tables have also been updated to include these rounds, so classifications and handicaps will be calculated correctly for any new scores you record against them.

Allow Members to View All Club Scores
Some clubs have asked for members to be able to see all club scores, and this feature has now been added. Club administrators can choose whether or not to enable it, and it is turned off by default. When enabled, members can view all current scores in the member area in a layout similar to the records officer view, but it is completely read-only.

New Feature
When setting up club members to use Golden Records, as an alternative to emailing them, it is now possible to print details with a QR code that can be given to the member.
If a member did not receive the email, the details can also be printed off.
