Membership Management Update
We've rolled out a set of improvements to the Member Manager, making it easier to keep your members informed and up to date with their subscriptions and payments. These changes are designed to save your club's treasurer and membership secretary time, while giving your members a clearer, more professional communication experience.
Here's what's new:
- Automatic payment receipts – Receipts can now be sent automatically whenever a payment is received, giving members instant confirmation and a record for their own accounts, without any extra work for your club administrators.
- Subscription update emails – Members can now be emailed automatically whenever their subscription is updated, so they always know where they stand with their membership status and renewal dates.
- Payment instructions on statements – Statements can now include your club's payment instructions directly, making it simpler for members to see exactly how and where to pay, reducing queries back to your committee.
- Customisable covering messages – A full range of customisable covering messages is now available for new subscriptions, updated subscriptions, renewals and payment receipts.
The messages can be configured from within the Member Manager settings.

Updated Notifications
The system that keeps clubs informed about the latest scores and changes has been updated with a more detailed range of notification options. You can now choose notifications for member renewals, new club records, and new achievements, in addition to the updates already available.
We have migrated your existing notification choices wherever possible. Because the new system offers more detailed options, you may notice some changes: you might receive notifications you did not receive before, or stop receiving notifications that were previously enabled. Please review your settings to make sure they match your preferences.

Member Subscriptions Update
Club member subscriptions have been updated to give clubs more flexibility, with renewal periods now available monthly or in multiples of months. This change makes it easier to align subscriptions with club billing cycles, membership terms, or seasonal renewals.
There are several enhancements to the renewal process, including the ability to renew multiple subscriptions at once.
