Subscription Details

This shows the date the subscription expires (or your trial ends) and the time remaining to the next payment. In the case of trials this is the time to your first payment.

To manage your subscription click the Manage Subscription button.

This will open the subscription management tool that will enable you to change account details, change subscription, cancel your subscription, update billing information and pay invoices.

Managing Your Subscription

Open the subscription management tool by clicking on the Manage Subscription button.

To update account information and contact info click Account Information.

To change the billing address click Billing and Shipping Addresses (Shipping is not actually relevant and is not collected)

To change or update payment methods click Payment Methods Either Card or Paypal. Payment on Invoice is available on request.

Billing History gives access to invoices/receipts of payments.

 Changing Subscription 

To change your subscription click on the arrow next to the subscription in the banner.

This will give access to either Edit the subscription (change to a different plan) or Cancel the subscription.

If Editing the cost will be assessed taking into account any refunds for unused parts and the cost of the revised subscription.

If Cancelling you have the choice to either cancel immediately or at the end of the term. If cancelled immediately any unused part of the subscription will be refunded if there is a payment method stored, or kept as a credit if not.

Your account will be updated with the new expiry date following cancellation. Unless a new subscription is taken out you will lose access to your account after a 7 day grace period

Purchasing a Subscription

When you create an account with Golden Records Online a subscription is automatically created and exists until cancelled. You will be billed at the end of the trial and payment will be necessary to continue service.

In the event that a subscription has been cancelled or one doesn't exist it will be possible to purchase a subscription by clicking on the blue Purchase Subscription button.
