Transferring Scores

If you change clubs and your new club uses Golden Records or you take out a Personal Golden Records subscription you can take your scores with you

Go to settings in your account and click Export

This page enables transfer (copying) of your score data between accounts.  

Data is not lost from the original account, it is simply imported into the new account.  The original account will still have all the data.

The data transfer only involves scores, achievements, handicaps and classifications (depending on region).  Score data includes scoresheets, archer's notes, equipment and sight marks where used.  Club Records are not included.  Subscriptions, user logins, payments etc are NOT exported.

Duplicate data is not exported, so this service can be used to keep another account updated.

Enter the login details for your other account which can be either a Personal or Club member account.

Confirm that you agree to the transmission of personal data and click Start Transfer

The details of the person the scores are being transferred to will be confirmed.  Check these are correct as once started the transfer process cannot be stopped or reversed.

If the receiving account is a club account and scores have to be approved the transferred scores will be added to the scores for approval list.  If transferring a lot of scores then it might be advisable to alert the recipient to the arrival.
