Consent to Storage of Personal Data

Important

Do NOT use this form if you are a club member and you want access to your club's Golden Records account. Your club will set you up and send you log in details. If your club has set you up check your spam folder for the email giving you access. If you complete and submit this form you will create an account for which payment will become due after a trial period.

Your unique ID may only contain letters and numbers, and underscore. It cannot contain spaces or special characters.

Passwords should be between 8 and 32 characters, and must contain at least one number and one upper case letter.

When you click Submit Registration there may be a delay while your account is set up. Please do not click the back button until set up is complete.

Once you submit the form successfully, you will be sent an email to confirm and activate the service. Make sure you have access to the email address given and check your spam folder if it does not arrive.

Subscription

You will be set up with a subscription with a free trial of 90 days, but after that payment will be needed to maintain use. Your subscription will automatically become active at the end of the Trial and payment will become due unless you cancel your subscription before then. We will notify you by email before the trial period ends.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your rights to do so are set out in our terms and conditions.

Consent to Store Personal Data

Under the Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR) you need to give your explicit consent for us to hold and process personal data. You do this by submitting this registration.
