Current tickets have been transferred to the new system and will be responded to from there.
It is not possible to open new tickets or update tickets using the old support email address.

Subscription Price Changes
Subscription rates will increase from April 1 2025 to £28.25 for an annual club subscription, £50.75 for 2 years and £73.25 for 3 years.
The personal subscription rate will increase to £11.25 per year.
The increase will apply from the next renewal, or in the case of trial subscriptions from the end of the trial.

Recent Changes
Users will have noticed recent changes to how data is displayed.
These changes were necessary to ensure that Golden Records Online was accessible from the widest range of devices both mobile, and older laptops with small screens. Over the years the amount of data presented in tables has increased leading on some devices to tables scrolling off screen and presenting usability issues. The new tables are adaptable to different screens including phones. There are one or two pages that remain best viewed on a desktop or laptop, but all other pages are now responsive.
It is appreciated that change is not always welcome and that some users prefer the previous implementation.
This ends an active period of adding new features and change in display and presentation. The patience of users is appreciated and changes will be limited to essential changes only for the foreseeable future.

New Features
The ability to track and manage member affiliations has been added to Golden Records Online so that the affiliation status of members can be managed and reported. There is a self service element so club members can update their affiliation status through the user portal.
Similarly a system to manage qualifications of members such as Coach or First Aider has been added. Existing member coaching level records have been moved to Qualifications.
Reports have been refreshed and expanded.
Members can now record their attendance through the user portal

New Achievements System
Awards on Golden Records Online have been renamed Achievements to more closely reflect tracking and rewarding progress. This is accompanied by adding the popular 252 scheme which is editable to reflect that it is not implemented the same way by all clubs.
It is also now possible for clubs to set up their own badge schemes to set goals and reward achievements.
Tracking of badge and trophy holders is now supported, making it possible to see who has (or has not) been given a badge or trophy and for its return to be recorded.

Personal Bests
There is an update to display of personal best scores providing information on how the score ranks and improvement.
This has also been added to the clubs section and the API.

Inventory Feature
A new feature has been added for clubs, the ability to maintain an inventory of club equipment along with date acquired, original and replacement cost, current condition and who it has been loaned to among other data.
The facility also includes being able to add a photograph of the item and a copy of any receipt. This along with a description will assist clubs in reporting thefts to the police and pursuing an insurance claim.

New Features
Golden Records Online has been updated to add two new features.
Club Calendar
Club events can be added to an Outlook style calendar and advertised to members through their online portal. Events can be made private and hidden from members and it supports colour coding and recurring events. Event attendance can be managed, and through the existing Waiting List feature beginners course and taster sessions can be also managed. Members can add their desire to attend and this will be visible to the club managers.
Attendance
Attendance of members can be tracked and reported. This is independent of the calendar and only records the day attended and not times. Data can be exported or reported within Golden Records Online to show how often members are attending. An import facility is available for adding existing data or for bulk updating.
