Data in Golden Records can be exported to spreadsheet in either csv or xlsx format.

Yes you can.  Golden Records can import data from spreadsheets in either csv or xlsx format.

Access for your members is included in the club subscription.

The system can be tried for 90 days free of charge. No credit card required. At the end of the 90 days it will be necessary to purchase a subscription to continue use.

Data in the database is backed up regularly. Please look at our backup policy for more information.

Your data is stored in an encrypted cloud database (Microsoft Azure) behind a firewall with limited access, vulnerability scanning, and authenticated access.  Data is encrypted in transit.  The database is backed up regularly look at our backup policy for more information.

Passwords are never stored as clear text and are hashed and salted. 

All access is via secured pages and weak SSL protocols are disabled.

Users can set up additional verification for their account.

You can pay online by credit or debit card, or alternatively PayPal.

If you would prefer to pay by other means we can accept BACS or Cheque payments.

Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure in a UK datacenter. Azure uses industry-standard protocols to encrypt data as it travels between devices and Microsoft datacenters, and crosses within datacenters. Azure complies with both international and industry-specific compliance standards. Customers maintain full ownership of their data. Microsoft has adopted the world’s first code of practice for cloud privacy, ISO/IEC 27018.

You control access to the data. Members have to be authorised by the club, and that authorisation can be revoked. Each member can see only the records that belong to them, they cannot see any other records.
