Why Have I Been Charged at the End of the Free Trial?

At the end of the free trial period your subscription will automatically become active and a charge raised.

To avoid this the trial subscription needs to be cancelled before it ends.

If you do not pay for a full subscription the subscription will be cancelled after 20 days at no cost.
