The Reports page enables various reports to be produced:


The Members report lists all members.


The Payments report lists all payments made and can be filtered by date paid, member and payment method/type.  The report can be viewed, exported to Excel, Word or PDF, or saved for reuse.


The Subscriptions report lists all current subscriptions and can be filtered by expiry date, member and subscription type.  The report can be viewed, exported to Excel, Word or PDF, or saved for reuse.


The Statements report produces a set of Statements for each active member showing Unexpired and Unpaid subscriptions, any payments made against those subscriptions and money owed.  It is exactly the same statement as for individual members, but is run for all active members.  Members with no subscriptions, no active subscriptions and no unpaid subscriptions will not appear.
